Before commissioning a project, the client must confirm requirements with both parties and sign a quotation or commission contract.
Additional fees will be charged for adjustments required after the project has started, depending on progress and scope.
Unless otherwise agreed, the design and code completed for the project belong to the company. The client only has usage rights and may not resell or distribute them.
Both parties shall perform confidentiality obligations and shall not disclose cooperation content or business secrets to the public without written consent.
Members should properly keep their account passwords. All operations performed through member accounts are regarded as the member's own behavior. If an account is found to be stolen, please notify the company immediately.
