Since website design, program development, and game development are "customized digital services provided according to client needs", they are not subject to the seven-day unconditional termination rule according to Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the "Applicable Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind Communication Transactions".
After the client agrees to pay the deposit, it is deemed as consenting to development, and no refund will be accepted.
If cooperation needs to be terminated during the project execution, development costs will be calculated based on actual completion, and the balance can be refunded.
Please apply via the customer service email and explain the reason for the refund. After evaluation, it will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
